  Employees at the register had multiple lines waiting . None of the ladies at the register helped anyone where to stand then decided to pick one line only. There were no signs no help or directions and rudely said normally people stand here...... how would anyone know where normal is? Family will never return! Store was in kept not clean and cloths everywhere.

  I shopped at the Forever21 Dulles Town Center and wanted to give a shout out to their staff, especially Deontee. Deontee was very professional and helpful. He also (a lost art) folded the 2 dresses that I purchased neatly before putting them in my bag. It was a Saturday and the store was busy but he didn't make me feel rushed or unimportant. Great job! Thanks Michelle
