  I had an excellent experience here. I had a poor experience at a jeweler in the same mall and went there to look at certified diamond rings. I had shopped at this location before for a diamond bracelet and had been welcomed in from the start. The staff, Ricky and Misty, as well as the manager, Carlos, were extremely helpful in my purchase of a ring. Misty was an excellent hand model. They even waited patiently as I talked to my personal diamond "expert" (my mom) about which diamond ring to purchase. They even took the ring I purchased from not-so-good jewelers and gave me full purchase value to trade up to a certified Leo Diamond. From now on, I'm using Kay Jewelers in Dulles for all my diamond / jewelry needs and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
