  My review is for Brandon Sanders the assistant store manager at this particular location. He was patient friendly knowledgeable everything you would look for in a customer service representative and I can see how he easily became a manager for Sprint. He knew the moment I walked in the door I was upset and he did everything he could and went above and beyond to call me down and rectify the situation I was finding myself and with my Samsung issue. It didn't help him that I was already on my way to my second store after a horrible customer service at another Sprint store. He was not only helping his associate and multiple customers at one time he was answering the phone too. Sprint needs more Associates like him at their other stores because if I had to put my faith in Sprint on my first experience I may not have made it to the second store to meet Brandon. I will hands down be back to this Sprint store in the Sprint Store only to deal with Brandon whenever I have another issue or when it's time to upgrade.
